What is a session?
A session is one hour and fifteen minutes. There is a fifteen minute transition time between sessions for room cleaning. When you book consecutive sessions, the transition time between your sessions is included in your total time at no extra charge. For example, if you book two sessions you get 2 hours and 45 minutes while paying for only 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Can I bring food and drink into the building?
Yes, you may bring food with you or have it delivered. In fact, we have even partnered with local delivery restaurants. Additionally, most rooms have refrigerators with drinks available for purchase. Vending machines are also available.
Do you offer catering services?
Although Noah’s does not offer catering services, we do offer two catering rooms so that our guests can choose their own taste. You may choose your own caterer or we can suggest one of our partners.
When does my access code begin working?
Your code will open the outside doors and your room door at your session start time.
Can anyone use the locker rooms?
The locker rooms are available for any of our guests who have scheduled rooms at Noah’s.
Which entrance do I use and why?
Your reservation confirmation page and email will explain which entrance to use.
Do all my guests need my code?
No. The command center operator can open any door at any time. Simply call from your room phone and ask them to unlock your door.
Do I set up my own room?
If you have requested setup options that we offer such as carpet, tables, or chairs, then that setup is done by our staff prior to your scheduled time. If you would like additional time to set up for your event (e.g. decorations, food, classroom preparation), then you will need to include the additional time as part of your reservation.
Why do I have to book using sessions?
Sessions provide the greatest opportunity for each group to have privacy. Each session is separated by a fifteen minute window allowing for a smooth transition between groups.
Can I get a refund if I have to cancel a reservation?
If you cancel a reservation more than 30 days in advance you will receive a credit, equal to the amount of the reservation, that you can use at Noah's. If you cancel 30 or less days in advance then you forfeit the amount of your reservation. Please see the Booking Agreement for details.
Are the rooms monitored in any way?
As part of our automation, all rooms except restrooms, locker rooms, massage therapy rooms, and the bride's room have video surveillance. This is to ensure quality control as well as the safety of our guests.
Is the building handicap accessible?
Yes.
Am I responsible for cleaning the room?
No, the general cleaning of the room is included in your rental fee. If you or your guests cause damage to the room or equipment in the room, charges will be made to the cardholder.
Are there movies available in the room?
We encourage you to bring your favorite DVD, but there are no DVD's available in the rooms.
